• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

• If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover or arrange the solution accordingly.
