Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
Estimated delivery times for orders to European countries are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If there is no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to multiple European countries and are continuously expanding our shipping coverage to additional regions.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible countries and regions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed.
What if I refuse the package on delivery?
If you refuse delivery without valid reason, future orders may be restricted. Please contact customer service before refusing any shipment.
